ICT Hardware Maintenance________________________________________________________________
AKRiZ provides a service to maintain, repair and if necessary upgrade your computer equipment and peripherals either, in our fully equipped service department, or at your site (dependant on level of service cover for a particular item and nature of fault). Our engineers are product specific trained on some items. Where the repair is conducted at our service department the maintenance contract includes free collection and delivery to and from AKRiZ and your workplace.
We are able to repair most PC types and peripherals and can advise on whether items are beyond economic repair (even those not covered by contract; where parts and labour are charged at reduced rates). Where unable to repair by ourselves we will endeavour to arrange repair by a reputable third party at favourable prices. System restoration is included in costs, providing you have an SLA agreement with us. We endeavour to turnaround hardware faults under contract within 10 working days.

MicroImages maintains a number of online atlases published by TNTserver, which runs as a Web Map Service (WMS) and/or Web Feature Service (WFS) on your Internet host machine. Layers published by TNTserver can be viewed with TNTmap (MicroImages’ WMS/WFS client) or any other WMS/WFS compliant client. MicroImages also maintains catalogs of WMS and WFS layers available over the Internet. There are more than 900,000 WMS layers available for selection and nearly 4,000 WFS layers. Like any Internet browsing activity, connections must be functioning properly at both ends for fast, reliable display.
